I was supposed to get two LPs in the mail and only received one. The other LP I bought was not sold out when I bought it but it did not ship. When I called customer service the woman was very short and defensive with me rather than being courteous. I was not losing my temper so I thought her reaction was uncalled for. Turns out the LP sold out even though the site never said it did and no email or contact was ever made in regards to the other LP. The one album I did receive was slightly damaged at the top corner (it was supposed to be a gift) and the customer service representative told me I could pay to have it shipped back and they would reimburse me. Since it took over two weeks to ship it in the first place I lived with the slightly damaged LP cover. I will not be buying records from Oldies anymore and do not recommend that other people do either.
