Gutted
Asked Companies House to look into this; and reported all the issues to the press. If they went down on the 7th as stated, well they took money from me on the 8th, so will be looking into the legal aspects of this. I hate this just before Christmas, almost seems to be done on purpose. Get the money and run.

Company has ceased trading
Today I noticed that websites are down and One Click Ventures Ltd company registered office was changed 2 days ago to [what was] their accountant's office.
I spoke to the accountants today for the current status. The directors have advised the accountants to tell customers that the company has "ceased trading and should contact their credit card companies for refunds". Apparently, the company ceased trading on 7th Dec.

Never Use this company
You have a v ery weird sense of humour. You e mailed me to give you a rating.
I ordered an item on 22nd November, you told me it had been despatched on 30th (bearing in mind you took my money on 22nd Nov) it is now the 14th Dec and I have not received my goods and you do not reply to my e mails except the first time to say it would take between 1-5 days. Where are you based - certainly not China they deliver within 5 days.
I wiould rec ommend no-obne buys from you

I won't be using them again
Ordered a glass fish tank, some gravel and to make up the order to £29, some cat food on 6th Oct. Received confirmation that the order had been received and would be dispatched within 1-3 days. Chased on 16th Oct to be told that the Iams cat food was out of stock although the rest of the order showed as awaiting picking. Long story short - I received the tank and gravel almost a month after I ordered it. The tank was damaged with a plastic pad from the lid broken although the snapped off part was not amongst the packaging so I don't think it can have happened in transit. Couldn't be bothered to pursue it with customer services as it was possible to balance the lid with the clip broken. The customer service was prompt and polite - I just don't think they can deliver the service and goods they appear to offer. You get so used to Amazon levels of service that this is just an example of how not to sell online.

Doesn't do what it says on the tin
Claims of quick delivery "within 3 days" and free delivery on orders over £29 "this applies to all our items" appear to be complete twaddle. I ordered a large sack of rat food and some treats. They sent me a confirmation email "we aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours". Next day I received another email saying as it was a large item I had to pay delivery charges of £7!!! This makes it far more expensive than other sites with the same product, but I decided just to pay it. As per their request I paid through paypal and then. emailed them with the transaction number. I didn't hear back so emailed them again to confirm what was happening. Ignored. So I checked my order tracker. "awaiting picking".
Today 6 DAYS LATER, my order status is still "awaiting picking" and still no contact from them. I've run out of food now and will have to go buy some more from somewhere. I just want my money back now as I'm on a tight budget and can't afford it now due to having to buy some from somewhere else, but after 3 ignored emails I'm not holding my breath.
In short, they lied about postage, and their customer service is non-existent. I certainly won't have anything to do with them in future.

good product, poor delivery
I was pleased with the collar and lead I ordered.
However the goods were not dispatched for a week and no explanation was offered, I had to chase them using their premium rate phone numbers sometimes being left on hold for over 5 minutes.I will not use them again if the goods are available elsewhere.

Awful - never again, thanks
My first order with them was fine, but the second was a disaster. I ordered three items, qualifying for their free delivery, and expected the parcel to arrive a few days later. The parcel didn't arrive, and there was no email from them either. A week after the order was placed I contacted them by email and was told the order had been dispatched, but with no explanation of when it left them, why it had been delayed, and when I could expect delivery. I replied to request further information (my account on their website still showed the order as "processing"), and was told it had gone out that day. Still no apology, mind you. Even though I'd said one of the items was urgent and they should let people know if they can't dispatch.
When the parcel arrived, I was really disappointed with an item. It hadn't been properly described on their website, and there was no photo, and it wasn't suitable. I decided to return the item, but when they received the return and refunded the monies, the refund amount didn't match what I had paid. So I contacted them again to ask why, and was told, in another one line message, that they had deducted postage as the order now fell below the free delivery threshold! I was shocked. My contract had been for the supply of goods with free delivery. Nowhere in their terms and conditions did it state that they would do this, and even if it did, I don't think it's legal. They have said "Unfortunately, as the item was not damaged or faulty, we have deducted the cost of shipping, as the item was as described.". Despite pointing out distance selling regulations, and the absence of a description or photo for the product, they aren't budging, and my emails are now ignored.
The moral of the story: don't touch oneclickpets with a barge pole, no matter how attractive their prices. When things go wrong, their customer service is appalling.
Watch out too for their other oneclick sites as they all seem to use the same customer service: oneclickstationery, oneclickpharmacy, oneclicktoys etc.

So cheap!
I had searched for the item I wanted for quite a while when I stumbled across oneclickpets.co.uk. I couldn't believe how cheap they were, even compared to eBay. I bought much more than I had intended to because of the prices. I would definitely recommend them. The items came quickly and were well packaged.

Easily the cheapest but delivery was painfully slow
Cheapest by far, but needed the items in a hurry and there was nothing to indicate that there would be a hold up. Several days later, they eventually turn up.
If they had emailed to indicate that there would have been a delay, I could have cancelled the order and purchased elsewhere.

Overall a good experience
I have made a few purchased from OneClickPets.co.uk recently. Two of them went without issue and I was very pleased with the products, delivery packaging, delivery cost and of course the price of the items which is amongst the cheapest on the internet.
I would not hesitate to order from the again, as the price is right and service generally good.
I have had one poor experience. One of the orders I placed, now refunded, had some problems. I kept chasing the order daily, to be told one of the items was coming in that day or the next day. It never arrived, after about a week, I was again told it was in the next day, I checked with the manufacturer to be told it was out of stock with them and so they doubted it would arrived with oneclick. I called oneclick and after some debating managed to get them to call their supplier and they told me it would be definitely in the next day. I then received an email from the an hour later to say it wouldn't be coming and did I want to cancel that item from the order. It would have been nice to have had this information earlier than a week later and it took some investigation by me to work it.

Prompt service
I ordered a dog bed. Price was competitive. It arrived quickly, infact the email saying it was on its way came through after I received it!! The wrapping was a bit strange, the bed had been squashed up and covered with a thin black plastic which had been slightly ripped and the bed was exposed but luckily no damage. Overall pleased and will use again.

I ordered my Burns dog food on One Click Pets as it was the cheapest I could find on line. I did not receve a despatch email which would have been good but the product arrived within 4 days which I was happy with.

Good price & delivery speed... let down by packaging
The price for the cat bed was very competitive, it was despatched quickly. However I missed the delivery at home and had to collect at the sorting office a few days later... not very happy to find the bed had been kind of shrink wrapped and as such was totally mis-shapen as it had been that way for a good few days. 4 days later it isnt back to shape and I'm not sure if it ever will be.

Let down by the simple stuff!
I was happy with the price, product, packaging etc! I have no complaints there. The website was simple to navigate and my order took about 10 mins to create
My areas of concern are with communication and postage.
Communication was poor throughout. No notifications of changes being made to the order and I was left to decipher responses to some of my emails.
Postage is confusing. The blurb on the website seems to promise first class on the day although my package took well over a week to arrive. Also I was given a link to the tracking website for Royal Mail although no tracking number was sent with this link?
Sort the communication out so people know what's going on. Get the despatch and postage sorted and the company could be something special.
