Bad customer service
During purchase phase, had to verify credit card information at least three times. Decided to abandon the transaction. Discovered that credit card had already been charged. Emailed them to cancel order and give me a refund. Said they had to charge a 10% fee for credit card company. After 18 emails, I settled for a 5% fee just to be rid of them. You are dealing with a company in China and there is definitely a language problem if you have issues with them. Pay a little more somewhere else, but do not use these people.

Onlinegolf118.com sells counterfeit clubs that are of very poor quality. Do not buy from this site. If you have made a purchase from this site, have your club checked by an authorized dealer-you will find out it's a fake.
