No Customer Service & misleading location=import taxes for EU customers

This website was misleading in that they appeared to be in the EU, either France or the UK and offer that you can return the dresses if they don't fit etc. This is nearly impossible because they don't answer their phones, only reply with legal disclaimers when emailed and because they are based in Hong Kong you will have to wait to pay more for customs to clear your goods. By then you can't get that money back. Its a con that unfortunately I fell for! A shame because of the 3 dresses I did purchase one arrived too late but would have been perfect for my wedding dress. Thread carefully and don't bank on being able to return anything if you do buy!
