Brilliant. I needed a custom painted fox red Lab. And they got her to perfection. Helpful and thoughtful even down to the little extras in the box with the figure. I can't fault them at all.

I ordered a card for next day delivery on 26th October (paid extra which is expected). Card arrived today (29th October). Had the option to write message and also made other changes to the card which they got correct. I am very happy with the card and my daughter is going to love it. Thank you very much.😊

terrible service avoid

Order for 1959 65th birthday print . Can only be described as abysmal . Inaccurate information on print . A discrepancy of twenty eight years. Keep your money in your pocket don't waste it on their rubbish products and service . No response from them when contacted. Useless product, service, people .

I ordered on 12/15. I called 12/20 and was told it shipped 12/18 and she would send email with shipping instructions, she didn’t. I tried calling 12/22 and voicemail was full and couldn’t leave a message. I also sent email 12/21, no response. It is a gift for 14 year old grandson, and I have no idea if it actually shipped. My debit card was charged 12/19. I just want update and no one has responded to several requests.

Loved the concept and the help I received to ensure it was exactly the print I was after. Then when there were issues with delivery, Victoria speedily rectified, which I was so grateful for.

Excellent, very prompt service.
Victoria called me on Tuesday to reassure me that a canvas I had ordered the previous Saturday, on the Bank Holiday weekend, would be posted out for my Fathers 80th birthday in 4 days time. This was despite the fact I had made a mistake on the original order and requested the wrong canvas. I also ordered personalised bunting on Tuesday afternoon and they arrived the following Friday together with the canvas.

Can't speak highly enough of them.

I ordered a frame online which was very easy to do. I received a confirmation email the next day notifying me that my item had been shipped.. As the item was a gift I called 3 days later to get an ETA on my purchase and at that point I was told that my item was in the process of being packed and will be shipped that evening via Royal Mail first class.. 4 days later I called again to chase my item and they claim that my order has been lost and I will receive a replacement next week..
I am so disappointed as my item was a gift and now the occasion has passed..
if I do not receive my order within 3 working days I will be seeking a refund and posting further reviews of my experience on other platforms.
