I am very happy with their customer service and product. They ship the products in a timely manner. It's a great feature to be able to schedule in advance for your pet food and have them deliver free of shipping. I just wish that there would be less expensive the "Orijen" product or maybe get some coupons!
Over all it's a very good company.
