Haven't had to use it much yet. She is mostly unsettled by thunderstorms and fireworks. But it seemed to help her the other day while someone was on my roof cleaning out our woodstove pipe. I put it on her and she settled down quickly and quit looking fearfully up at the ceiling. I would recommend this to anyone who has a dog that needs reassuring during times of stress.
