First order I put through I expected an online doctor page but it said I had to get a prescription from a doctor - it was not clear in the order process that I had to go to the on line doctor with an entirely separate login and password. I cancelled the first order by customer support and then logged in to the on line doctor. Did the questionare, they took my money and it then came up with a server 500 error. Contacted customer support they said it was ok order going through to doctor for approval.
Next an email arrives saying I had not completed the order. Contacted customer support he said I had not submitted the form but on login I had done it properly and the system was at fault. Support could offer no remedy to progress the order and kept saying that they did not have server error on the on line doctor site making me out to be a liar. Bad experience all round would recommend another company.

I have been using pharmacy 2u for some time now and nothing has deterred my opinion at all
They are totally unbeatable in service reliability and professionalism. You send your order in they relay it to your dr and hey presto it arrives at your door never late never any excuses just compleAt reliance
And guaranteed service all staff are professional and helpful if you have any concerns talk to the I house dr or chemist I recommend to everyone in Britain to join this wonderful unbeatable service

My review is based on my experience as a new Repeat Prescriptions Customer upon receiving my first delivered prescription.

The process of setting up a new account on-line is simple and easy with clear step by step instructions.

Customer service by telephone and polite, friendly and helpful with any queries and will help to set up if you have difficulties on-line.

Prompt confirmation of set up of new account by letter and email.

Promot and timely reminder service to order your prescription is received by text message.

Prompt confirmation of order was received by email.

Any items out of stock were followed up by prompt courtesy call informing you of expected time for delivery of outstanding items.

Precription was processed and accepted by surgery within 48 hours of order.

Precription was despatched within 24 hours of acceptance by surgery and despatched notified by email.

Delivery is first class post and there is no extra charge for this service.

Excellent Service particularly if you are housebound, however there online service is open to all.

This relates to the traders response to my initial review below.

The traders response clearly shows lack of investigation into the matter and desire to place responsibility on a dedicated competent doctor !

Which part of MISSING MEDICATION (not just quantity) did the writer of that response not understand ? All of which were on my repeat prescription prior to trader meddling until prescription reminder / order in June of this year.

Stroke once suffered cannot be reversed, the potential for recurrence remains, it follows that the medication is consistent and permanent and therefore repeated...ACUTE (temporary) does not enter into the matter.

Why then would a doctor update that which was already in place for 7 years ?

Further...no such contact from the surgery as alleged has been received and any such implied admission of error from the surgery is certainly not expected....THE FAULT RESTS ENTIRELY WITH THE TRADER.

Yet another cure all 'sorry about that' from the trader.....the about that aspect being putting my life at risk solely due to the traders incompetence....as if no harm no foul !

To the trader.....please please make another ill conceived response, as no doubt again could be defeated by logic alone....irrespective of the EVIDENCE supporting my complaint.

After some complaints I received the invoice. But now they missed my VAT number as I asked for.

Whats wrong with you guys???

I was extremely disappointed with the response from the online doctor at Pharmacy2U when I contacted them about my alcohol dependency. Their response was very brief and unhelpful - just one line and advice to contact my own doctor. I would have preferred a quicker response as I had to complete a 2 week drinking diary first- would have saved time if they had indicated at start of process that I was an unsuitable candidate for medication which I do believe would have greatly helped me. Thanks - - for nothing

You may be working on resolving your website but I still can't see my account! Thin promises to improve the customer experience :(
