They didn't meet the most important requirement to be considered reliable- delivery on time.

Exceptional Service and product. I understand that some of the people who reviewed this company had problems with not having a contact number, however they do respond the next day on the three emails that I sent them. The invitations looked outstanding and they even came already placed in the envelopes. No problem what so ever. Please read when ordering from this company and add their email to your address book before you order. If you don't the email service provider will not recognize the email from them. That was the only difficulty, be it a minor one.

I order invites for my sons first birthday. Filled out everything them needed, paid for them and NEVER heard from them! Didnt respond to any of my emails, product never recieved... NOTHING! This company is a complete fake! Dont waist your time or your money!!

I emailed Pikorettas & Company asking when my "paid in full" order will be delivered to me as I needed the items for a baby shower. They couldn't find my order, said I never ordered from them and said I never paid. They couldn't find my name or order and told me that I never made the order. I forwarded to them the "Thank you for your Order Confirmation" they emailed me a month before with my order numer on it, my order, my payment by credit card. I have proof of my order and payment so now they cannot call me a liar. They haven't responded to me about the email they sent me confirming my order and I don't think I will ever hear from them again. Be very careful when ordering from their website - I should have read the reviews before I ordered and paid. They will tell you that you never ordered from them and never paid. Save your confirmation emails from them so you can prove it when you go after your money.

Pikorettas is a total scam. We placed our order for our daughter's 1st birthday invitations, favor cards, and address labels on Jan 9 2010. Finally on Feb 3, we received our order. To our dismay, the invitations and favor cards were misprinted even though the proofs that we approved were correct. Also, the address labels looked as though someone's dog used them for a chew toy.
We tried twice to contact Pikoretta's to no avail. We sent images of the proofs along with a scan of the items we received showing the errors that had been made. Still no response from Pikorettas.

Pikorettas "Return Policy" states "If the error is the fault of our staff, we will reprint your order at no charge." That is, IF you can get them to respond and acknowledge that they made a mistake. Now it seems pretty clear why they won't list a phone number on their website. They're such COWARDS that they hide behind their website and steal people's money.

We contacted Paypal to try to recover the $42 that we paid to Pikoretta's. Unfortunately, Paypal is almost in the same category of scum as the people at Pikorettas. Since Pikorettas was able to show that the items were delivered, we lost our money. Pikorettas knows that as long as they can show it was delivered, they are home free with your payment. We have being a repeat customer for many years and every time order are in time and we have a fantastic customer service experience. I have refer my family and friends. My orders are always a hit at our parties. Thank You PIKORETTAS you have another customer for life. THANK YOU FOR YOUR REFERRAL PROGRAM.

I ordered party invitations after company promised to deliver within a week. A week passed, then two, with no word from Pikorettas -- all e-mails went unanswered and there is no other way to contact them! Finally, with party invitations too late to be of any use, I filed a dispute with Paypal. On the day I escalated to a claim, Pikorettas mailed the invitations (figuring better to mail and pocket most of the money than not mail and lose the money I paid). Unfortunately, invitations were way too late to be of any use to me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SELLER UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE MONEY AND GET YOUR PRODUCT LATE AND ONLY AFTER FILING A CLAIM WITH PAYPAL!!!!!
