I'm from Lebanon, live in Moscow for job affairs. Three times visited this shop - 1 to buy a camera, 2 times for guarantee reasons.
I do not expect good English from Russian sellers, but even when I try to explain what I need in their native language - I get wigs, smiles and rough-mouth words.
Finally, I managed to get money-back and will never visit this place again.
