I was not aware it contained soy, which I cannot take

I do a lot of e-commerce. This transaction was perfect. Got what I expected, when I expected, at about half the price of what I paid last time I got it. Keep up the good work!

After placing an order at Pothek.com and receiving an email receipt, I heard nothing more for two weeks, which concerned me. I reached out to their customer service dept. (HDI Commerce) and received prompt clarification of the situation - one of the items was not in stock. This was surprising because it was listed as being "in-stock" on the website, but no sweat, it happens.
Another few weeks passed, and so I reached out again to see the status of my order and perhaps get an expected delivery date. I received another prompt response from HDI Commerce explaining the situation - it was still out of stock (on backorder from manufacturer). They apologized for the inconvenience and offered a full refund if I wanted to cancel (credit card had not yet been charged).
I did finally receive my order, but it was over 6 weeks after being placed. No complaints with the price, or speed/level of customer service or politeness when I prodded, but it would have been nice to receive some communication upfront about the order status so that I didn't have to sit around wondering where my order was.

This company allowed me to buy a product that they didn't even have in stock. I had to contact them 4 days after I ordered to ask "when" they planned on shipping it. Then they told me they didn't even have the product, and would ship it when they received it! They offered a poor solution for me;
- wait until they got a shipment of the B Complex I ordered.
- OR just go ahead ahead and cancel the order!
They obviously didn't care. That's really poor customer service.

My roommate ordered from them and 8 days later they hadn't even shipped his product. Use Vitacost.com. Don't waste your time and money with this site.

The price was right and the product came within 2 to 7 days, just like they said.

Very Fast shipping and excellent price. Bought some MLO Super High Protein powder from Pothek and am impressed with the shipping speed and the price. Pothek has the best prices I can find for my Protein powder.

I appreciated the user efficiency on the site. The length of time it took to leave the warehouse and then arrive were not as quick as other companies. Your price was the lowest for this product, which I have used for over five years. Whenever I need a new shipment, I price check online to gauge where it is at the lowest price point. Due to your overall efficiency, I would readily order with another company next time were they to offer a lower price.

Placed order on the 5th, did not ship until the 10th and as of the 15th still have not received order. Order was for 1 item.

I understand the option for free shipping is a courtesy but this company takes forever just to process the order to ship. There's no delay in payment, so why is there a delay in processing the order to be shipped? That makes no sense.

I ordered this item 2 weeks ago... and still, I have not received what I paid for it... I should spend the extra $2 from another company for faster delivery...

I was a bit concerned about the bad reviews on delivery time, but my order arrived a few short days after I placed it, well within the 2-8 business days that was advertised. The price I paid was also the lowest I found online.

Having never used pothek I gave them a try ordering something small... has now been 20 days and my order still not here. Only today have I received an email saying the package had been shipped. Will still be another 48 hours till the tracking is available. Have left numerous emails to customer service with no response. No thank you. .. back to Amazon.

I ordered one thing. It took a month and a half for them to ship it. 2 weeks ago I called them 4 times and no one answered I left a message and it took them a week to call me back.

I made a purchase online on Saturday night, 3 days later already received my package.
I was expecting arrival time to be 4-6 days. pleasant shopping experience.

It should not take that long to ship a product.

I have ordered several times from Pothek and have never been dissapointed! I recommend them highly!

Though the wait time is little longer than expected, received my order yesterday and was very happy about the product.

Haven't received my item and the tracking number doesn't work.

I bought some non-urgent stuff off Pothek at slower than snail shipping speed. So no regrets.
