We have been customers of this pharmacy for quite a few years.
Usually, we get the medication we have ordered, and on time!
This time we have received the pills even long before we had expected them to arrive!
I, personally, only find it quite a pity the lovely ladies of this pharmacy seem to have left the company - since this company seems to have been taken over by another company I hardly get any response upon my requests or questions anymore!
Overall, I am still satisfied with the services this company have been providing.

I ordered medicine for 212 US dollars, they took the money, afterwards no reply at all (sent them at least 5 e-mails and filled in the form on their web-site several times), and no medicine received, no tracking info (tracking tool out of order - the message on the web-site). I think they just took the money and escaped, all this is a scam.

Anche se non è una frode ci vanno molto vicino! Perché:
1 - il loro servizio clienti non risponde mai;
2 - i loro uffici finanziari si trovano a Shanghai;
3 - ho ricevuto i farmaci ordinati ma sono fatti in India.
4 - ho speso 95 EUR ma in realtà il farmaco acquistato costa 1660 Rupie Indiane cioè 21.24 EUR, mi hanno fatto pagare 73.74 EUR di spese di "spedizione"!!!

Even if this isn't a true scam, they are really close to it because:
1 - their customer service never answers;
2 - their financial offices are located in Shanghai;
3 - I received the ordered drugs but they are made in India.
4 - I spent 95 EUROS but in reality the purchased drug costs 1660 Indian Rupees (21.24 Euros), so I paid 73.74 EUROS of "shipping costs"!!!

A couple of months ago I placed an order for a rather expensive medicine. They sent only a third of the quantity and it was not a retail package but a physicians' sample.
I wrote them several times and they never replied to complaints.
Do not buy from them.

They shipped a third of the order I placed, said they would supposedly ship the rest, never did and are not answering emails.
Many negative reviews elsewhere on the web.

Hey, just thought I'd give my own review as I read really mixed reviews N was kinda worried about buying, but did so anyway, and it has actually worked out fine. I had to order with my address and put country as Denmark as said couldn't deliver to UK on site, however thru private contact they said they will if you order with Denmark as country, then contact them by email soon after and ask them to change to UK. They shipped within a couple of days and were always spot on RE contact, always replying within a few hours about all my queries.

I DID use a prepay visa card just to not risk my actual bank details etc. Soon as they sent. they sent a message with tracking number for DHL from India.

Have still not taken medicine but will update if works, all packaging looks legit though and versus £500 IN uk, PAYING ABOUT £45 inc. delivery was a god send!

I placed an order on the 27th January.
Today is the 15th February, I have no medication, I dont even have a tracking code. I dont believe that my order has even been processed.
This company has terrible customer service. They delay in processing orders and never inform you of what is going on.
Avoid them at all costs!
