We bought a pair of soccer shoes from Pro-direct sport for $197.00. Worn only for 4 games & the shoe started tearing. To returned the product we had to pay $52.00 for the postage. We have sent numerous emails & still not received money back & no reply for the last two emails. I would not be recommending this company to any one.

I have made an order here, and I am not really happy with choosing prodirectsports. Why?
It turns out the website displays false pictures of products. This means that when you order a product it may not be the product you see displayed on the website. I find this to be very bad business practice.
After having been in contact with customer service, and the returns department, and after having explained the issue at hand, with the false picture, they are however not taking responsibility for this and will not be refunding my shipping cost, for the returned item. The item that was falsely depicted on the website. aprox 17 dollars.
I do not think this is fair, and it deserves a fair waning to other customers who might wonder how this business conducts itself.
Take care, be aware.

My son had chosen the football boots he liked and this was the cheapest place we found to buy them.
I had a quick look on here and was a bit concerned about what others had written but took the chance. I was not let down.
They said they were in stock - they were.
They e-mailed confirming the order, they e-mailed confirming dispatch. We received the boots in perfect condition 3 days after ordering.
Couldn't ask for more. Big thumbs up...
