first i ordered my st1 nitro rc car via phone using the phone number stated on there website which was all great, they said it would be a few weeks untill the stock came back and as soon as it does my car would be sent out rite away.
that day came and went so i called them on the same number again and again the phone number i was trying to ring seemed either cut off or like there was someone cutting me off as it rang, so i decided to email them asking what stage my order was at "nothing back" so i emailled them and phoned them for the next 3 days asking whats going on ? "nothing back" the next day i got an email from rc2me saying that they had stock issuses and could not provide me with my order and had refunded the cost of the order back to me, so after 3 weeks of waiting for my order i was told it wasnt even coming at all !!!
anyway as a goodwill gesture i was told i would recieve the rc car for free when it comes back into stock along with £100 gift voucher for there store for all the problems they have caused, which i thought was brilliant so i was very happy as you can imagin, "so i wait" ...............
"and wait".................... "and wait".............."nothing" so i emailed them about were my car was and when would it be despatch from there store, "nothing" so i ended up sending them upto 15-20 emails asking them were it was and when i was getting it untill a guy called "ashley" emailed me back say it was being prossesed on monday ! still nothing 2 weeks later after an email was sent to them every day sometimes twice a day asking were my car i was promised was ?? (dont forget this is coming up to nerly 2 months since i first placed my order) anyway i sent them a final email asking them if i didnt hear from them i would be leaving poor feed back on trust pilot, for them to email me back almost rite away with " thanks for letting us know " were the words i was sent via email, so i take it there never was a free car or a £100 voucher like i was promised, altho the car i wanted was back in stock on there website for 2 weeks. i will never use this company ever again for anything or will none of my friends or family. ( THERE IS NOTHING HERE THAT I HAVE BLOWN OUT OF PROPORTION, I HAVE TOLD IT AS IT WAS AND HOW I WAS TREATED AS A CUSTOMER )

Tried to make a pre order they took my money, they said it was going to be with me by 27th March when ask for tracking number on 26th they said they where going to stop my order & refund me. still have not had money back even tho they have said a number of times that they where going to put it back.
+ they took 3 x the amount of money out of my account on 3 occasions (witch has caused a lot of stress )after the 1st time there reply was

I understand your card was overcharged by our payment processor. This
error occured when our system attemped to make transactions for the value
of your pre-order 3 times. This was quickly noticed and resolved by our
company accountant and has affected all of this month's pre-order
customers.
Due to this matter we have made changes to the way we process orders and
have switched payment processors. You may notice that our worldpay option
is no longer available as a payment method on our system and has been
replaced by [EXT REF] Notification of this error has
been submitted to your card issuer who should write to you to inform you
of this overcharge.
I hope this did not cause you any distress and hope you have had the funds
returned to you quickly by your card issuer. If there is anything else I

if you look on there web site WORLDPAY is still there.
can't get hold of them on phone, the only way I could get any contact was message on facebook & odd email .(now I'm blocked on facebook message to them)
All they do is LIE
they don't want to help all they say now is contact your bank
Tried contacting RC2ME today(14th MAY) to ask if they where going to do anything about returning my money & there reply was

a small delay in stock, recieved the other day for my son, very sturdy packaging. great savings, on the car itself. reasonable in all shipping times.

Lucky to even get a 1 star to be honest. First one got lost in the post, 2nd one didnt even get sent, took 3 times the amount out of my account, promised a free car for my sons birthday still no car 4 weeks later. un contactable dont even waste your time,
My taigen 1/16 bulldog tank came on friday 23rd march as informed spot on, best packaging i have ever come across well done, price very competitive. I would recommend to any rc tank buff to make RC 2 ME there first port of call , many thanks and well done definitely worthy of a five star rating

they told me 5 times my order had been sent off on different day (NAME REMOVED) and after a month and a half they still have my money as i carnt get though to anyone and will not reply to email. think its a fake company or run buy [BAD LANGUAGE REMOVED], going thought small clames to try get money back

Your order was cancelled last week down to stock issues. You have not tried to email us once over the past 5 days and we have had only 2 missed calls from you this afternoon.
Your refund was processed by ourselves and should be with you between 3 and 5 days depending on your banks processes. I would advise against filing any court papers and you will end up loosing your fee once the refund hits your bank account. My advice would be to speak to your bank if you have any questions regarding their processing times.

I was really happy with the condor buggy i ordered for my son. It did make a great birthday present. Ordered standard delivery but was upgraded for free by the staff. So even better for me - saved me £8!.

Cancelled an order before it'd even been processed and was told it'd take 30 days to receive a refund, ridiculous and enough to put me off ever buying here again.
Thanks rc2me for a great product. really happy with it. Technical support was great too. Andrew quickly pointed me in the direction of the correct transmitter i needed. Will be buying in the future !

the item was recived in 2 days! fast service, fast wait times only took a few mins and got all the answers i needed unlike others where i waited along time on the phone. competitive prices cheapest i found. all in all very happy with service would buy again for sure :)
I have been buying Rc stuff for the past 5 years from various suppliers but I am amazed at how cheap RC2ME's stuff is. Comparable products with other retailers are sometimes £20 - £30 more than RC2ME! Delivery took a few days but worth the wait for the massive saving.
