No tickets and a lot of hassle

Bought tickets to a roxy music concert and was asked for another credit card number as they said I'd input the first incorrectly. A few weeks before the concert, I received an e-mail saying they couldn't supply the tickets or give a refund. I'm now having to keep chasing my credit card company with the time and cost of phone calls I can't get back and write letters confirming all the details. Would never buy from a company like this again. Stick to reputable companies.
