Is Runway cheating with salaries?
Well you NEVER get to know how many hours you had, and for good reasons, they are taking hours from you. On my last payment I had work for 49 hours and "My boss" said I only had 42 hours. Of cause I took out my 30 min breaks every day. (For that reason I have asked to get my Salary notes EVERY month to see hours)
MANY TIMES I was promised to get money for my Hostel from first month, it DIDN’T happen, and now I am so tired of this fake administration running it, so I want to tell you what I know.
Also I was told that I could get a new contract WITH around 9 Ls per hour and EVERYTHING was in order, it should just be signed in head office, this was a pure liar since financial chief didn’t heard about it before we arrived at the office. And thanks to Alice I MISSED my airplane to DENMARK. I was also told that they will not do ant NEW Adecco or other agreements with Danish work company because it is not fair to others in Danish Team. But I found out that they did and what salary levels they are giving to these people.
But again I am not the only one to have broken promises from Runway. That is why they can make parties so people would think everything is okay
How much should agents at Samsung have in salary?
Well a Danish agent get this:
(I encourages people to TALK about salary so this will never happen again, if someone says it is illegal, have them show a law text from the LATVIAN government that they can do this)
Adecco agents:
First 3 months 98 DKK per hour (9,26 LVL), paid journey to Riga, free Internet and place to live for free +12,5% holiday money, extra in the evening and so on. (Danish law)
Why they want him to be 3 months extra for now for 119 DKK (11,24 LVL), free housing, internet, on week off, COVERED by Runway, AND travel fare home to Denmark for the Christmas. (+12,5% holiday money, extra in the evening and so on). (See picture)
Also when you are traveling from Home you can get around 600 DKK (56 LVL) deduction on tax PER DAY. + All the extra money he is getting (5 Ls is standard per hour, but because of Latvia tax system it is only around 3,33 LVL is in hand, around 25-30 LVL per DAY)
Why he should get more, I don’t know. The man has problems spelling right in Danish, all cases in G-CIC I saw made by him was with these mistakes. He has a really hard time remembering solutions and if he didn’t wanted to help customers who took a long time, he would just have me to take his calls!
They should give Mogens more salary like the Danish Laura from the Team, since they are MUCH better than John Milland.
How much is the new agents from Denmark getting?
Det sker på dansk løn til 80 kr. i timen (40 % højere end normallønnen i Letland). Man kan vælge at modtage diæter i stedet til 600 kr. pr. dag og 50 kr. i regulær løn. Man betaler så ikke skat af diæterne, men får så omvendt heller ikke feriepenge af mere end 50 kr. Så man får omtrent 630 kr. udbetalt pr. dag. (59,46 LVL per day in hand)
They get 80 DKK per hour, 600 DKK per day, without tax and 50 DKK to pay tax from, that is around 630 DKK in hands per day.
