These are clearly unscrupulous people. In addition to the calls to complain to European Union trade organizations, I encourage people to complain to the Embassy of Bulgaria in USA or Bulgarian Embassy in any other country where the thieves have fooled customers. We have to stop this ongoing fraud !!!
I contacted CCBill the E merchant who processed the payment for perfume I ordered via the scam website called Scent Mall.
I am very happy with this outcome as thought I had lost my money so thank you so very much to CCBill for such a great outcome.
Let's hope they don't managed to swindle more people with their fake cheap and useless goods.
SCAM SITE! BEWARE! DO NOT USE!
Below is copy of complaint letter to my bank:
Please find attached my complaint / disputed transaction regarding Scentmall. I have attached copies of my correspondence and will be happy to help you with any further information that you may require.
I am obviously keen to get my own money back, but I am also concerned that this is a large and very well organised scam site that seems to be making millions of pounds by fraudulent trading.
I was searching on the internet for a good price for perfume for Xmas. I found www.scentmall.org and I was impressed by the professional looking website and order processing. It seemed great. It was not until I placed the order that the confirmation showed it was being processed in Bulgaria…
Slightly worried, I hoped the perfume would arrive in time for Xmas. It did not. I gave it a few more days, allowing for the snow and ice disruption. Still nothing. I then started chasing – and was given a non existent ‘tracking number’. I replied that this could not be checked, but also asked friends who happen to live in Bulgaria to check it – nothing there either.
A brief search on the internet (yes, I really wish I’d done that before placing the order) then brought up not dozens, not hundreds, but thousands of complaints about Scentmall – operating either as .co.uk (now shut down) or as .org. There is also a site called scentmall.catalog – all working the same scam.
It seems they work on two scam levels – either simply not delivering anything at all, and then firing off spurious emails until the customer gets tired and gives up, or, actually sending something which turns out to be a fake perfume and usually not even a fake of the actual brand ordered.
Going to Google and searching for “Scentmall Scam” brings 109,000 results
“Scentmall fake” gives 115,000 results
“Scentmall complaint” gives 84,600 results
“Scentmall fraud” gives 92,900 results
Given that a relatively low number percentage of victims will actually pursue the rip-off to the point of going onto the internet to make a statement, it suggests that the actual scale of this fraud is massive. If there are 100,000 listed complaints and the average sum lost is, say £30 and there are at least 200,000 actual victims, which is based on 50% of victims are motivated to complain on the internet (a very optimistic ratio) then these pirates in Bulgaria have made £6 million pounds by stealing smallish sums from a lot of people. The numbers could in fact be much, much larger.
Surely there is some way the banks and credit card companies can flag these type of operations and prevent more money being lost? Is there not an industry circulated black list of scam traders?
If it is any help, my friends in Bulgaria found that the CEO and manager of Scentmall is a person called Radoslav (Radi) Naydev.
(I am posting this review on all the scentmall site name variants on trustpilot to make sure anyone looking for reviews sees the details)
Today I had an email from Ognyan Kostadinov at scentmall telling me that after 3 months I had been given a refund. When I checked my credit card statement I found out that this was TRUE and something added for return postage!
So keep on trying folks, and it may become Christmas for you as well - after all it is the season of goodwill to all men.

WARNING!!! This is company of absolutelly scammers and thieves. I will write my complaints to everywhere is possible, people must know the true. I am sick from writting e-mails to them as they cheated me, from begin they were sending unmeanful answers, after some time they start ignore me. Also, I have got mail that refund will be in 3-5 working days, now passed nearly month from it and zero action. It is just begin, I already reported to Chanel about these "sellers"(even I ordered different, but as they send me fake product using Chanel name) and I will continue ...
I wish I had done my research before ordering with these people.
After waiting 2 weeks they sent the wrong perfume. They tried to pursuade me to keep it but I requested a replacement.
I was assured that once I posted back the incorrect perfume at my cost, registered post to an address in Bulgaria I would receive the perfume I had ordered which was in stock but it didn't come. They had also taken £5.17 more from my bank account than I had agreed.
I called the support centre numerous times and spoke to Kat Ivanova, Katy Adam & Willow all who assured me that the perfume would arrive. Eventually I was promised that if I allowed '1 more day' and the perfume still had not arrived that I would be entitled to a full refund including the cost of returning the incorrect perfume.
I emailed support@scentmall.net & office@scentmall.net in an attempt to contact Peter Milev and Alex Ivanova who I had been told were senior personnel, to ask when I would receive my refund but I did not get a date. I went to the website to try to process a 'refund request' via the site where I was taken to a 'refund page' showing a list of 68 people's names, dating from May of 2010 all showing details of their complaints, which range from 'my order has not been delivered' to ''delivery of the wrong perfume' to complaints that the perfume or aftershave was fake. I am sure this should not have been accessible and now I am concerened about the safety of this website.
I registered an online complaint with complaintsboard.com and received an email from Alex Ivanova asking for my order number and telling me he would resolve the issue. I supplied the order number but received no refund.
When I did so some research I found that the net is full of complaints about scentmall.net who previously traded as www.scentmall.co.uk and who are also part of BG Perfumes registered to a Radi Naydenov. I have since contacted the UK European Consumer Centre (UK ECC)ECC@tsi.org.uk and BBC Watchdog watchdog@bbc.co.uk and would urge anyone with a complaint to do the same. There must be a way to stop these people!!
This is a total scam - whatever you order they only send out Chanel Mademoiselle - Chanel know of them and are trying to do something about it - They then take out MORE money from your credit card than they have invoiced you for and, even though I spent £7.14 returning the foul product they sent, they are refusing to reimburse. Of course as they are in BULGARIA (yes they forget to mention this) you can't claim back from credit card. TOTAL RIP OFF - BE AWARE! ALL POSITIVE RECOMMENDATIONS ARE POSTED BY THEM!!!!!

Wrong product supplied. We returned and paid postage as requested. Despite repeated e-mails chasing redelivery and postage costs we have heard absolutely nothing. Have only now read reviews of this company and come to the conclusion that the whole thing is a rip-off!!!!
