Dodgy as all hell

This company has poor quality products and rotten customer service if you have a problem. I bought 5 DVD box sets only one didnt have a problem 2 of them had boxes marked complete season but only 9 episodes of the 22 episodes of the season. Their response i ordered before the full season when i pointed out box labelling the response send $15 to cover postage for replacements.

The next 2 one of the season discs didnt play (25% of the box set) the next one one of the seasons discs didnt play. The response we will replace discs send $15 for postage.This was done after 4 months of emailing them they have told me both set are out of stock. The new offer $20 refund plus my $15 returned or choose $35 of DVDs original order cost $102.88.

This dispute is still ongoing do yourself a favour DO NOT order from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!

It is February 14th, 2012 today and I ordered the true blood seasons 1-4 DVD box set on December 28th 2011, and I still haven't got it.

THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!!!!!!

Rip off

I order NEW DVDs as a gift set - what came was NOT new at all - plus the last season of the show was a Chinese Bootlegged copy! This site needs to be turned into the Department of Justice - it makes piracy seem acceptable by people approving of cheap DVDs. I am appauled
