I've been with shadyshosting for around 4 month now and i can't fault them with anything, the times I've needed support they have responded back promptly. usually within an hour or so. They've only had 1 outage since i joined which was planned maintenance on the server, i was notified 3 days before this so i had time to notify my players of the downtime. I would recommend them to others as you won't be disappointed with their service.
Shadyshosting is a great company Daniel the owner is really a very nice guy, who has time to help you out, my ONLY downside the company could improve on answering there open support tickets..
I've never been one to take time out of my day to review companies, but for Shadyshosting I will make the exception.
They have probably one of the best support teams their is to offer in comparison to the so called "bigger" companies of which I've used several in the past. Response time is almost instant and I don't have to wait days or even weeks like before to see that everything is working again.
