My Lego set showed up on time and in perfect shape.

The products should be shipped within 48 hours of purchase. I'm a customer and a seller. I ship out my products within 24 hour for my customers satisfaction. It's how you keep your customers coming back.

Order ack by HomBZ received away but didn't like their caveats that implied shipper/vendor responsible for further communications on order ack and shipping info and could not speak for them. Looks like Sears was the eventual vendor but their lack of ord ack within a couple/three days made the experience worrisome.

The prices of products are the best I have found on the internet. The placement of the my order response was very fast. However things went downhill from there. There was no notification of how or when the order was to be shipped. Ten days after placing the order I sent an e-mail and a telephone message (a recording could not speak to a real person) requesting shipping information. I received an e-mail the next day saying,(shipping soon, please wait). I sent a second e-mail two days later requesting shipping information. The same day a few hours later I received an e-mail giving me the tracking information and expected delivery date. Fourteen days after ordering I received the order well packed and as described in the order. I am still waiting for the returned phone call. The short of this is that if HomBZ would send shipping information as soon as available to the customer it would give all of us a warm feeling that we were really going to get what we ordered in a timely manor. I understand when you use ground shipping of any kind it will take longer but please let us know when. The end results were excellent, but the middle of the process stinks.

First of all no one could beat your price both on the charges as well as delivery charges and thats why I chose. It was reliable and delivered on time. Excellent service. I'll try here first before anywhere going forward.

I was very impressed with the prices that i seen on your website. There was one problem were there picture did not match the description. I emailed to find out what was the correct item and had a response back quickly. Some items were not available at the time and still not over a couple of weeks. The turn around for some of the products could be better. Over all very impressed with the prices and the shipping was also good.

Very please with the transaction in total. The item arrived at my home quickly and I am very pleased with it.

I received my purchase last week. The packing slip in the box had another persons name (sold to) but the description was correct. The total charge was also incorrect, the packing slip had a total of $159.36 which was more than my quote. lso it was shipped to my billing address, but it was sent to 13 Elm Street instead of 14 Elm Street

I ordered a Lego project on Tuesday, and it arrived on Friday of the same week. It was brand new, and in perfect condition. I had been watching this product as a Christmas present for my grandson, and the lowest price ever offered was $149.99. I paid $99.00. I was dubious about the low price, but it turns out that I got a real deal!

Great price and great service.

Initially my order was beset with problems. A damaged item was sent out, caught by HomBZ, and the scheduled delivery recalled. All of this was discovered by me when I checked FedEx and emailed HomBZ to find out what happened.

I would have greatly preferred them being proactive and informing me of the problem and what happened rather than my finding out after the fact. To their credit, they responded to my numerous emails in a very timely fashion, if not immediately.

What I look for and what speak volumes about any company is what they do in order to make things right. My issue was what happened with my order from it being recalled and their not being proactive in contacting me.

This all being said, I would not hesitate to recommend anyone do business with HomBZ as they went above and beyond to make things right with me and I am very grateful to them for doing so. I provided them with the opportunity to make things right and they succeeded in turning my negative experience into a positive one.

I have informed them directly how to improve their customer's experiences in situations such as mine so they may be a much better company to their customers and as well I provided them with the opportunity to correct a mistake before they would be criticized on a public forum. Thankfully HomBZ did not waste this opportunity.

For what they ultimately did and how they made things right by me, I would rate my overall experience as 4.5 stars out of 5, reserving the half star for my initial problems. Had they been proactive my experience with them would have been far more pleasant. As it stands now, I can recommend them as a good company to do business with as they will make things right. And that is the best thing for everyone involved.

After waiting weeks for item to
Arrive from only 4 hours away I got a message saying they are refunding my money and I'm not getting my item. They claim it's damaged but was already shipped. It's really confusing.Stated it was damaged so the company is asking FedEx not to deliver it to me.was already in route.so why ship it damaged?? This was a Christmas gift and I'm very Disapointed. Horrible company.No phone number to contact company on website!

Product is as described; received in a timely manner; only confusion is that it was shipped directly from the manufacturer with a billing name and address that was unknown to me. I thought at first it was an error.

Shipping was really fast, the only con is that you have to pay with Paypal. There was no option to pay with credit card but other then that. Super

Good seller. Sent me shipping information after I already had shipment

I was a little hesitant when ordering my Keurig B70 brewing system due the the insanely low price and a couple of bad reviews. I placed my order on a Saturday and FedEx showed up Wednesday with my new coffee machine sent directly from the manufacturer. I would absolutely do business with hombz again.

I was thrilled to find HomBZ and see the great price for the Keurig coffee system. I began to place an order and had trouble with the website. In error, I placed two orders and immediately sent a message that I had done so. I was told the second one would be cancelled. I have since received a confirmation of shipment for two pots. I have emailed the site a number of times to be sure that one was cancelled as promised. They have not responded. While their prices are great, their communication is not. I have also called twice and never received a call back. I would like to do further business with them, however, I am concerned about the fact that they are difficult to communicate with.
