I made an order on Mango website about a month ago. I still haven't received my parcel!
I sent them several messages, they never replied me. I also tried to contact them through their online chat... it doesn't work at all. It's a fake!
So I phoned them, asking info about the delivery of my parcel, they first told me it wasn't a their problem. Then, after some calls, they admitted that they shipped my parcel writing as my address only the street name, no post code, no city! Ridiculous!
Now I'm trying to find and track my parcel by myself, calling the courier, because they (the mango customer service) are not able to do this.
This is the worst customer service ever! I will not make any other purchase on Mango and absolutely I would not recommend it to anyone.
