Ordered my 16 year old the silk pheniox dress for an award she was receiving...it was ordered on Thurs and was at my door on Mon am. It needed to be taken in at the hips but I knew before hand that was going to be the case. The customer service person was VERY helpful and when I emailed the measurements to double check what size to order she let me know it would need to be altered. A very good experience (not what I actually expected) and am planning to order again.
Ordered two jackets for my wife from this "business". I followed their sizing guide, and even added a size. They arrived, without any invoice, or paperwork of any kind, or of course any info on returning. They were way too small, even though I put in extra notes to please make sure to fit for a size 12 and 38 bust. Now the fun starts! I told them I had purchased several jackets and blouses for my wife from other overseas vendors for Christmas, and theirs was the only thing that did not fit. They want to argue that their sizing is correct, but that "size varies by item". Apparently, no one knows what a tape measure is at this place. "Call our customer service 24 hours a day", with no listed phone number. After email contact, I was told I could mail back, again at my expense, and get another size, and then pay for that shipping too. Who knows what size I might get this time? I'm cutting my loss, and am now the proud owner of two tiny jackets/ dustrags. Avoid these people like the plague. A totally unprofessional ripoff. Dave, FL
I still have not recieved my refund from this company..my order was 216.00 and they took my money without either exchanging my order or sending the full order. I have tried to contact them over 20 times through email or calls. They took my money. I will be reporting them to the BBB for fraud and theft. The dress I ordered for my wedding and later decided to give to the flower girl was pretty enough for the money spent. However it was not the same color as the picture and did not fit at all. She is a US size 6 so we thought a size 8 would work. It was way too snug and came to her ankles rather than to the floor like in the picture. After multiple phone calls and e-mails they informed us that we could not return or exchange. It was a complete waste of $125.00. My flower girl and myself and family were terribly upset and disappointed. I am relieved it was my bridal gown. The dress also arrived inside out in a bag only and wrinkled, wrong color. Overall I would not recommend the company and for sure not for something as important as a wedding gown.
We order a wedding dress around june 10. Three weeks later the package arrived but unforttunately they gave us the wrong order, it contained some kind of chinese shirts and bracelets. We emailed the company several times but they didn't answer, not even answered the phone. So, we thought they totally scammed us. With our hopes all down, one week later the mailing company called us that a package arrived. My dad went quickly and picked it up and it was the wedding dress.
Don't expect the dress to be just like the picture because it is not. IT'S A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL BRAND. You get what you pay.. but in my case it turned out to be PERFECT! it's really pretty and i love it
I ordered a LaSposa dress (Megan) from the 2008 Ruffles Collection. I tried contacting local bridal boutiques to find that dress (or to even find a price!) but no one had it. I took a chance and ordered the dress for $142.99 - and paid an extra $30 for quick shipping - on March 20, 2009. I just received the dress this morning - April 3, 2009. IT IS IDENTICAL to the dress in the pictures they portrayed it as. I still don't know how much the original LaSposa dress costs, but I'm guessing I just saved THOUSANDS of dollars for a beautiful dress!!! THANK YOU PERIWING.COM!!!!
