Apologies for the extended delay with your order.

This type of delay is not a common occurrence with us and it seems that this particular item you ordered on this occasion was not a standard stock item, in turn this meant it had to ordered in specially from the manufacturer in Germany. Hence the extended delay. Normally any non stocked items are available for dispatch in 3-7 days days but normally quicker.
