Had an issue with a old(ish) Triton shower and the pressure relief valve blew - which meant I couldn't use the shower. Triton were helpful which part I needed, but couldn't sell me the part (because of the age of the shower).
Went to ShowerDoctor site armed with the Triton information and managed to find the part I needed in pretty short order. Purchasing was simple and quick and I paid the little bit extra for faster delivery, and bought two (one to install, and one spare). Five minutes after placing the order, I went back and put in a second order - for some shower cleaning solution - but left that at normal delivery.
Midway through the following day my little package arrived, and then a couple of minutes later the postman returned with the "slow" delivery. Nice!
Much relieved to see that there were instructions in each of the packages, and by (very cautiously!!) following them I was able to fix my shower in less than 10 minutes (including cleaning up time).
Yep, Shower Doctor site goes on my bookmark list and I'll be remembering them if some friend/relative is looking for that ever-elusive spare part for _their_ shower.
