If you want your money taken and get nothing in return this is the company! Bad service, just try calling them and there is no one home.
They took my payment for a item and I have not received it. I ordered it in Dec. 2011. Still waiting to hear back from them here it is 2/21/12. They won't return my phone calls or emails...They are a fraud company as far as I am concerned.
customer service is not existent, phone number doesn't work at all. Christoper M Cavanao is the contact supposedly at splitmog yet he wrote a review for the D3x, thats convenient.. dont waste your time. What kind of name is splitmog anyways?
I thought it was to good to be true and it was! did not receive the item and customer support is non existent. I dare you to try calling them and see if anyone picks up. The machine doesn't even answer with SPLITMOG it just is a standard leave a message service.
Great products with perfect delivery. I took the risk and am glad it is USA version. if you haven't gotten yours, you are missing...
