PLUS: Jeg købte ind hos Thdress.com fordi jeg simpelthen bare fandt "drømmekjolen" og skulle bare have den, jeg kunne se, at de ikke havde fået særlig mange bedømmelser herinde på Trustpilot, så var lidt bange - men jeg bestilte alligevel. Jeg fik den hjem 3 dage efter "latest arrival date", og den er så fin! Jeg er så glad for den, kvaliteten er rigtigt god, fin farve osv. - størrelsen er lidt for stor i vidden, men det kan man næsten aldrig undgå :-)

MINUS: Det eneste minus var, at jeg havde rigtig svært ved at komme i kontakt med dem, men da de så endelig svarede (de havde været på ferie), var alt i orden, og jeg blev rolig og fik sendt kjolen.

Alt i alt, et rigtig godt sted - der kan I sagtens købe flotte gallakjoler :-)

PLUS: I bought a dress at Thdress.com because I simply found my "dream dress" and I just got to have it, I could see that they didn't have many reviews here at Trustpilot.com, so I was a little bit nervous - but I ordered anyway. I got it home 3 days after the "latest arrival date", and it is so nice! I am so pleased with it, the quality is really good, the color is so beautiful etc. - the size is a bit too large in width, but THAT you can almost never be avoided, when you are ordering from a website - otherwise the dress fits perfectly :-)

MINUS: The only minus was that I had some trouble getting in touch with them, but when they finally responded (they had been on vacation), everything was just fine, and I was calm and they sent the dress.

All in all, a really good place - where you can easily buy a beautiful prom dress! :-)

I ordered a dress from this company, immediately after receiving the dress I notice it was not as pictured and of poor quality. I immediately contacted the company via email, requesting a return/refund as this fit into their return policy. The company asked for pictures showing the difference, I then sent pictures I even circled the difference on the pictures. They then said that they didn't see any differences. They then emailed a second set of return policy not listed on their website. We exchanged emails over a course of several days. I practically begged for a return/refund they in total sent me 3 different return/refund policies. This company is definitely not out to help the consumer. All of the emails I received from them definitely led me to believe that the business ethics were poor at best. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY....
