My first order arrived on time but none of cartridges work in my Canon Printer. Tried to phone and complain on their number shown on their webpage but not answered. I have been taken for a ride so do not repeat my mistake and do business with this company

Processed the order, took my money, said the ink had been dispatched but Royal Mail say never received a package from them. When tried to call, help lines are down and have to email. - still waiting for a response
Hopeless

It is not easy to review Ink Factory as INK FACTORY HAVE TWO TRUSTPILOT REVIEW SITES - this one (for the co.uk url) theinkfactory and the other site which for the (com url) inkfactory
BUT HERE IS MY REVIEW
First time ordering inks from Ink Factory and not impressed.
Ordered inks on Sat 24 Jan 2026
Paid for uprated 2-3 working day delivery
Now ALMOST ONE MONTH later no sign of inks
Last email from the company was on 31 January 2026. It is now 10 Feb 2026 and still no inks
Definitely not impressed

I have been trying to get a return code but my emails are being ignored and the telephone calls are no longer being answered

I bought the wrong cartridges and although they say they will refund them they don’t. I wouldn’t go anywhere near these unscrupulous people if I were you! I wasted £60.

Was a little dubious at first about ordering epsom ink, it was an offer of buy one get one free, it was delivered next day.
I could not be happier my printer accepted ink no problem and the print was excellent, would not hesitate in buying from this company, I would not buy my ink anywhere else.

Fantastic. I used to get my X900 Epson Cartridges from Costco and I thought £72 for a twin pack was cheap compared to Tesco's price. Then Costco stopped selling them and in despair I turned to the internet, £29 for 2 at the Ink Factory. I was sceptical, but, having no choice as I knew I'd need replacements eventually I bought some, blooming brilliant. I printed out a photo with the Epson cartridges and then changed them for the ones from The Ink Factory, absolutely no difference. Highly recommended. I'm still using up the ones I bought, not bad considering I scrapbook a lot and do a heck of a lot of printing including A3 size printing.

Further to the review I wrote a couple of weeks ago the content of which, was that I had not received my ink order six weeks after ordering. I made allowances for the fact that I live in Spain and also because of Covid, I realised there may be a delay. Ink factory were not particularly helpful at helping me track the missing package which is why I gave it a bad review. Yesterday, I had an e-mail from them saying that my package had been ‘returned to sender’ and that they were giving me a full refund including postage. They were extremely apologetic and of course I was happy that this issue finally has now been resolved.

Don't go near them. If by any chance you got wrong cartridges you are not getting any refund from these chaps. . Don't waste your money. Very bad after sale service.

I ordered epson compatible ink and it was advertised as buy 1 get 1 free. I only received one. Every email I sent, they repeatedly sent the same generated response, “Please send the order number and/or full postal address and email address used to place the order, we are unable to locate an order with the information given” even though this information was given to them numerous times.
Judging by the last review, they seem to be advertising BOGOF and not fulfilling their word.
Upon inserting the ink, the levels indicated that 3 were only half full and only the black ink was full. They are still advertising the same ink as BOGOF on their site as I am typing.
Please avoid this company at all costs!

ordered said buy one get one free free ordered 2 so should have received 4 but only received 2 paid £19.98 only got two as to quality cant say as not tried well aware not original inks but used compatible ink from other company with no problem.
so hope these are as good but not for £20 only received two going back

I would like to retract the review I made a few days ago.
Initially my parcel was supposed to have been delivered to me but was not. I asked The Ink Factory to find out what had happened. They said it had been delivered and was scanned by the postman.
Having spoken to the post office with little success . All they said was make a claim, and let us know when and where it was posted, making it very difficult to claim.
I mentioned this again to the Ink Factory, and they came back very apologetic and offered me a free replacement.
I can't thank them enough for being so understanding and helpful.

today I just got my order for my Epson printer 378 xl and as I put them in it came on the printer that it was not Epson ink so again I have told them that I wont be reordering ever again there passing ink off as genuine Epson ink, so I just lost my money they should not do this as my little project has to be put on hold until I can afford to buy more proper Epson ink thank you very kindly for letting me share this

Ordered goods multipack of ink for Epsom printer got another pack free delivery was quite good as well so I would recommend and use again

Ordered a full set of ink cartridges for my epson printer, there's no problem with the goods BUT delivery was a little on the slow side.
