I ordered a Halloween sweatshirt and received a Barbie one. And a month after I ordered it. Take them down because they are a fraud !!! Scammers!!

omg so many negative reviews, well I was just lucky to receive my fall dress, thank you so much!

I followed the instructions to return three items and have yet had a response from the company. I plan to involve my credit card company to dispute the charges as the items were very inferior in quality and make.

Do not do business with this company. The clothes are very poor quality and come from a distribution centre in the Midlands.They are cheap and badly made. They bear no resemblance to the photographs. They insist returns must be made within a very tight time frame to China. This is by tracked airmail and costs a fortune. Items are sent separately, so I ordered 4 dresses and they arrived weeks apart so I had four lots of airmail. They make the returns process as difficult as possible. Lots of emails that must be responded within so many days or they won’t accept returns. Eventually, the four items were returned from China months later as the company hadn’t bothered to sign for them. Their whole business model is scamming people who give up trying to get their money back. I still have the dreadful clothes in the packets from China. Eventually got my money back, but postage cost me around £40

This company never shipped the pajamas I ordered. I asked numerous times for a refund and they kept saying they were going to send my order. I believe this is a fraudulent company. I had to go through my credit card to report and get my money back.

Poor quality, would not recommend this site !

I bought two dresses from this company back in March 2019. After weeks of waiting one arrived. The second one has still not been received, 23rd September 2019. I email them constantly and they apologise and promise a refund. I’ve still not received a refund.

Ordered a few items from TD’s, not good quality and one dress I ordered looked nothing like the picture advertised. I am still waiting for one of the items (a blouse) ordered on 8th August with the other items. I have e-mailed TD’s several times but they do not reply. DO NOT USE THEY ARE A CON

The dress I ordered looked nothing like the one advertised. The material was cheap quality and poorly made. When I asked for a refund I was told I would have to pay for postage back to China but I would be offered 15% refund instead. I’ve never yet received the refund - feel totally scammed. This company was advertised on Facebook and I wish Facebook would stop advertising companies that scam people!
Please do not have anything to do withTops Dresses.

Never order anything from this site. Scam poor quality material really poorly made, the arm holes were so small you couldn't get the dress on. No details to send returns definitely been had.
Avoid at all cost.

Same old story I'm afraid......the clothing eventually received was not the size ordered and was of very poor quality.
Despite the company saying that the customer only pays for postage once (which one does for the original order), it then expects any returns (of which there most be many) to China to be paid for.
Be warned that this Chinese company of utter crooks also operates under several other brand names.
Keep well clear.

Wish I had read reviews before ordering took months to get very cheap pieces of cloth supposedly dresses no return address so I have lost £46 Can nothing be done to stop this company

I am disgusted with this company taking advantage of people. I ordered 3 dresses in February 2019 for my holiday in April they took the money out of my account in February one dress arrived before my holiday which was like an overall, the other 2 arrived after my holiday they were of very poor quality (I wouldn't wear any of the 3 dresses) When I said I wanted to return them they told me by email that it would cost me a lot of money to send them back. I am still wondering what to do. I would like some suggestions

I also had a bad experience. The dress was ordered for a holiday but took so long to arrive that I was away when it came. It was poor quality and didn't fit well so I tried to return it ( not easy as no return information is given) so I e-mailed the company only to be informed I was too late to return the item. The e-mails were poorly written and customer service dreadful. I would not recommend and only wish I had checked these reviews before ordering.

If I could give this company 'no stars' I would.
Avoid at all costs. Clothes are cheap and nasty, and look nothing like the photos on the website.
If they arrive at all, after several weeks and countless emails requesting a refund, you will be sorely disappointed and out of pocket.
The dresses I ordered were supposed to be made from a cotton blend material; however they are a cheap, flimsy polyester and are badly made.
The website looks professional, but this company are far from it. With poor customer service, no return address, they are obviously aware that customers will not return goods as they are based abroad, in China,and would entail further costs, and still no guarantee of a refund.

Do not use this website. My order never arrived. I requested a refund. One dress arrived, not what I ordered and is basically a dish cloth. No refund ever received despite it being 3 months

Received my dress in 1 week must be a record for this company, dress I ordered was a 14 the one that arrived was I would say a 10, no return address, so after sending 5 email and no answer I guess that's it, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, also on trying to find out more about this company they have at least 4 other adverts on facebook in different names, always come to trust pilot to check before buying from Facebook, should have taken my own advice,

ordered 2 dresses march 6th received them 24th april after logging a complaint with paypal the dresses are 2 sizes too big and nowhere to return them too. HOPELESS
