As a HOST, I have had an extremely disappointing experience with Traum-Ferienwohnungen.de.
I have sent several emails explaining that my holiday rental is virtually impossible to find on their website. It is listed under the wrong location in Spain, and the search results even mix it with a holiday rental in the UK. Although I have received replies to my complaints, the actual problem has still not been resolved.
Meanwhile, I have been bombarded with promotional emails and messages suggesting things like “this could be a booking,” only to discover that they are actually trying to persuade me to pay for an upgrade to my listing.
My experience has given me the strong impression that the priority is to extract as much money as possible from property owners, rather than ensuring that the holiday homes they have already paid to advertise are properly listed and visible to potential guests.
I paid for a service that, in my case, has simply not been delivered properly. At this point, I would much rather receive my money back and never have anything to do with this company again.
For hosts, this is by far the worst holiday rental advertising platform I have experienced. I

The place is in walking distance to the beach and the dunes. The city center can also be easily reached by foot.

Haus Margret Accommodation.
We spent a week at Haus Margret with our family. The accommodation provided everything we needed. The surroundings are very lovely. The nearest bus stop is about 200 metres away. A Spar supermarket and a bakery are about 1 kilometre away.
Our arrival and check-in went smoothly. During our stay, Mrs Margret gave us valuable advice on day trips and using the bus and train services.

I cannot recommend booking through Traum-Ferienwohnungen.
In our case, we paid more than 80% above the actual accommodation price compared with the price charged for the stay. Despite providing all requested documents and proof, our request for a fair refund was simply rejected.
Customer service was equally disappointing. Before check-in, we contacted them several times because we needed assistance, but we received no meaningful support. After the stay, they only referred to partner agreements and booking conditions instead of addressing the obvious price discrepancy.
As a customer, you expect transparency, fair pricing and support when problems arise. Unfortunately, we experienced none of these.
My advice: compare prices carefully and book directly with the accommodation whenever possible. Using this platform was significantly more expensive and provided no added value or customer support.

Opting out of advertisement emails
I have not been a customer, but have tried to opt out of the advertising emails several times. There is no unsubscribe button as every other email would have, but you need to write them personally and then get told you have to wait 7-10 days before it goes in effect...
First time, no change and the emails continued and now I have been writing three more emails back and forth to what seems like autonomated answers. Now it seems like they got the email right, so maybe it works this time :)

Very nice and fully renovated Apartment
A very nice and completely renovated apartment, ideal for 2 adults and 1-2 children for a few days or even a longer holiday. Close to the huge beach with fine sand and only 10 minutes walk to a small town with many cafes, restaurants and shops.
