Tripsta 

I was a bit worried about the 2 tickets I bought from Tripsta - one ferry ticket to Santorini and 1 flight from Santorini to Athens - because of the news of the problem they have.

Since I have chosen to collect my ticket from their office in Athens - everything went very well - attentive staff, ticket easily collected.

The ticket flight again was OK back to Athens.

Most of the bad reviews happens due to flight cancelation, changes or mistakes - and they don't have enough staff to handle it..

Do not close nothing via tripsta!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The thieves tripsta, liars tripsta Stole my money..dont do my mistake,don’t close nothing with tripsta it will be ended without flight and without your money like my case
I closed flight via tripsta to Tenerife south,2 weeks before flight and I still don’t get my E-ticket, Checks on the airline and hear from them to my surprise that the flight was canceled.
All this time no update from tripsta on that canceled flight, I almost went to the airport to understand that flight was canceled. For the next two weeks I’m trying to get answer from tripsta but nothing, They lie to me that my refund depends on the airline company (tripsta was took the money from my account bank)
It has been two months since the deal was made with them and nothing happened since then and unfortunately probably won't happen.

Please be aware that this company takes money for your tickets and then the tickets don't exist!!! do NOT buy with this company !!!

On the 4th of June I booked a flight from Istanbul to Bucharest and after a short while I had to cancel it for personal reasons. I've called Tripsta call center on the same day and waited 30 minutes to get in line with an operator and he assured me that I'm gonna get my refund in about 24-48 hours. Today is the 28'th of June and after SEVERAL calls ( and 30-40 minutes waited time on each call ) I still don't have my money back, yet another operator assured me that she's gonna contact the accountment department and inform me about what happend within 24 hours ( that happend on Monday the 25'th , today is Thursday the 28'th and they didn't called me, right now I'm on the line, waiting for 26 minutes to talk with an operator !
THE WAY THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS IS AWFUL , IM SO SICK OF TRIPSTA !

I had very bad experience with Tripsta, I booked family ticket from India to Dublin Ireland on May 11 for June 2018 travel. In website I found that price was INR1,28,000 and made payment online , I received email confirming my ticket is booked and INR 1,31,318.66 invoice was sent to my email but I check my account and surprised to see that they have debited INR 1,37,828.68
I have sent emails to their claim department, sent 2 -3 reminder also, but no response. I have submitted their online forms also but no response. I have tried their Greece and Romania phone number which was there in Tripsta corporate website but I have waited for an hour but no one is there to answer my call and finally I dropped
Guys please stay away from Tripsta, these guys are fraud. I would recommend Sky scanner to put them in watchlist.
I hope my ticket is genuine I am feeling cheated
