It was an emergency so I needed a flight for the next day.
The price was about the same as if I had bought it from the flight company (they had run out).
As it was an emergency, I was rather agitated and inpatient so, after the reservation, I called the company to make sure. I don't know if was the late hour (about 15 minutes before closing) but I did not have to wait; someone answered immediately. The guy was very polite and useful.

Tripsta offered the best deal at the time, it was fast and easy to book the flight and I had no problems at the airport or with the air line company.
At first I was suspicious and dídn't know if I could trust booking through Tripsta, but in the end it was a good choice and I will definetly choose it in the future to book my next flights.
I cancel one flight , i tell them in time before thw flight with 3 days and 0 euro return . I will never buy from them anything and i will advicw all my friends to do so. First they write me that they will return me 91 euro from 250 and after they recalculate and became 0 euro..
After I posted this review i get a call and they refunded me the 91 euro

Smooth and easy booking and payment BUT missing the 3D security of the card payment (Verified by Visa / Mastercard Securecode).
In case of changing the ticket / dates, I find Tripsta (not airline!) charges a bit too high
also, no way to pay secure in case of changing the ticket - you need to give creditcard details by phone to the Tripsta operator ?!?!? That's why I finally choose to change the ticket not through Tripsta but throught the office of the airline.
I was booking a flight from Bucharest to Copenhagen with Tripsta.Unfortunately we lost the connection in Wien so the first step was to contact Tripsta to help us with this issue. I have tried to call them like 20 times but every time was busy or if was ringing it looks like they just hang up the phone turning into busy tone. We asked for help of Company Airlines and they tell us that we can re-book flight but we should ask help to do that from the company where we booked the flight, meaning from Tripsta.Of course that I could not reach them and being deperate of time I have booked another flight also with them paying one more ticket from Wien to Copenhagen. No problem, in the end it was our fault right?. I send them an email to Tripsta and I got an answer after 2 working days that my retur flight is cancelled because I didn,t use the whole segment but just half of it to Wien.So now I need to book one more ticket for returning home.Again no problem regarding that is ours fault cause we lost the connection.I was asking for an offer or a deduction from a flight ticket for returning regarding that they did not answered and they were unable to help me when I was needed most and the answer was that I can find all information on their site if I want a ticket. Same incompetent answer from a very incompetent employee like the one who I was comunicate by mail which in the first answer on email she doesn,t even know how to formulate an answer leaving me in the fog with my issue.
I would rather pay double flight ticket instead of booking with Tripsta again.So if you book with Tripsta do not expect to answer to you when you call them.
An d one last thing, when I have bought the new ticket I have reiceived the electronic one on 17 57 and the flight was on 18 05.Lucky me that my wife goes to Niki Office to have the ticket cause she woulkd lost the second one also, this time because of Tripsta not because of her.

I booked a multiple stops airplane ticket. I wasn't informed by the trista.ro team about the fact that I didn't have included in the price the lugagge . I tried to called them, but the only thing I get was a robot. They only answered me on the email.
This was my second ticket bought with Tripsta. And for the second time the price was smaller on Tripsta than on Lufthansa. I paid 200 euro for a ticket which bought directly from Lufhansa was 400 euro. I don't know how is this possible. Because of this difference I had some doubts when I bought the ticket. But everything was fine. In 10 -15 minutes after the payment I received on my email the electronic ticket and I had a wonderful flight .
I needed to change the dates of my tickets and I was asked to pay almost more that it would cost me to buy a new ticket on the dates I wanted. And this taking into account that the first tickets were for a longer trip than what I wanted later on so you could have saved the money and sold again the tickets I would not have used.
But no...you like ripping people off. No matter. I went to another agency and bought the tickets I wanted without canceling the ones bought from you so that you will not be able to resell them.
Very soon there will be real laws that will be able to stop this kind of scams.
Even the guy that talked to me on the phone explaining the amounts I would have to pay was clearly embarrassed that he had to tell me those things and scam me.
Am mai cumparat bilete de la voi...singura problema pe care o am este ca eu cumpar bilete cu 24 ore inainte de zbor...primesc confirmarea si vad ca banii au fost luati..dar trebuie sa sun sa primesc biletul electronic ... daca ar venii automat biletul electronic cand se face plata ar fi mult mai bine
