I was informed of the people who would be delivering the skip, who when I contacted them with a query two days later, I was not on their system. However, all worked out well in the end.
I ordered a skip. Had I not double checked on the information I received from Tuxebo I would have had a major problem as the Company nominated by Tuxebo had no knowledge of my order.
Tuxebo took payment from my bank account but failed to ensure that a skip was available.
I eventually ordered a skip direct with a waste management company and then had to wait for a refund from Tuxebo.
All in all - complete disaster. I will never use Tuxebo again!!
I ordered a skip to be delivered on a Sunday, as we were moving house and had organised a happy band of helpers for that day. Tuxebo contracted me with a company that didn't deliver skips and didn't work on a Sunday. Neither do they. Couldn't get hold of them or the company. Had to jump through hoops t get my money refunded
