Avoid at all costs
I ordered a new washing machine on the promise of a Tuesday delivery. I should have known that something was wrong when the confirmation e-mail didn't arrive. I phoned back and they eventually sent one through but it had no delivery details or order number. I phoned on the Monday to check delivery. Was told they would call me back - they didn't. Phoned a few more times and was eventually told that "transport had messed up" and that delivery should be Thursday. They couldn't tell me when exactly as this was "provisional". I finally lost patience and cancelled the order. I have no doubt that I will now face a battle for a refund.
Save yourself the hassle and go with someone else - even if it costs more!
