the website is very clean - there's a decent array of products and the way they're separated it's intuitive - the purchasing process is simple and the delivering following is really fast - my deliveries always came with samples

although the products are tasty when compared to other brands, the inflated price isn't really justified - bundles and discounts come into play, but i believe there's still room from improvement here price-wise

the costumer service over the phone is very welcoming but my requests to be contacted back were in vain - this is regarding products for a future purchase

some of the samples aren't available at the online shop, making it a one time experience - it's time to offer more than chocolate/strawberry/vanilla for the shakes, no ?

While dealings with usn were very good and postage very quick their products are ridiculously over priced even with a 20% discount code . Already moved away from their products over the prices on their site

Great product, the all natural products are incredibly tasty. I use the energy drinks, gels and bars for cycling training and the whey protein for recovery post ride. I also use the Multi vit tablets, Omega 3 fish oils and glutamine every day and without south it has helped me stay injury free and healthy during some heavy training in the winter.

USN products are head and shoulders above the many other choices in the market. I have tried and tested a number of their product range and as a personal trainer recommend them to my clients.

Regular customer, last year most orders showed up within 48 hours. Been over a week now and you've sent me an email looking for me to rate the service without having gotten my order to me. I always recommended USN Ireland to my friends mainly because of their great service, will have to rethink it in the future. Hope this is a once off, products themselves are great.
