110220volts.com 

I purchased a step up/step down transformer from 110220volts.com which arrived damaged. I requested a RMA and had to pay for return shipping. I was promised store credit, but for the last several months my attempts to use the store credit have been ignored. My emails go unacknowledged, and the customer service guy is always "out" when I call. Unfortunately, I can't recommend these guys and I am probably out $280. Once they have your money... the incentive to keep you happy is gone. I will keep trying to resolve this issue, but I am not holding my breath. I will update if they actually come through. Just wanted to warn off others before they use this company for anything of value.

I am not sure if this review helped resolve my issue with 110220volts.com, but soon after I wrote my poor review, I received a notice from UPS that I was going to receive a package from 110220volts.com. I did indeed receive the package yesterday and the items I had requested in exchange for the damaged transformer arrived! Only 6 months late! I never did receive any emails, calls, or other correspondence from 110220volts.com indicating they had ever received my inquiries or that they were going to satisfy my issue, nor even that they were shipping something to me...just the notice from UPS.com. So...I guess my issue is resolved, but... for the above reasons, I am changing my 1-start review to a 2-star review.

Unfortunately it was incomplete.... Tanzania operates with Type D and G plugs... 110220 only sent type G and did not include a type D adaptor / plug. Severely oversold and for the price one does expect accuracy.

great advice from the technical person, who turned out to be the owner. I had ordered a Karcher, handheld vacuum/ squeegee for cleaning windows, miirrors and other smooth, hard surfaces like granite countertops. I ordered it from the UK and, of course, it was designed for use there and not here in the US. I discovered 110/220 on the internet and at the recommendation of the technical person, aka the owner, I purchased the necessary converter to transform US 120 voltage current to UK 220 voltage. Now I can recharge the battery. Both the voltage converter and the Karcher vacuum/squeegee work marvelously,
