Have yet to receive the part ordered. 23 days later. I originally ordered the part and when I didn't receive a confirmation email thought I'd made an error so I ordered again. Still didn't receive a confirmation email yet my back account was deducted twice to two different account names, seriously dodgy. NOT WHIRLPOOL!
Joke company, import duties , waited 2 weeks for part, customer service replies every few days only !
Not an Irish site as suggested, parts ship from uk
They don't tell you at all that it's a UK company, despite .ie address. So you will have to pay import duty. I expect trouble. Looking at the other reviews, they are getting away with poor service because they're outside the EU.
company uses the.ie domain it is an english company with the parts coming from England got stung by customs beware
Purchased a dairy shelf for an older fridge from 4Whirlpool.ie which turned out to be a site managed by 4ourhouse.co.uk. Was slightly disappointed that I missed that it was a UK company as I was caught for customs but that's on me. Nonetheless, was able to pick up the exact item I wanted, it arrived super quick (within a week to Dublin from the UK) and it perfectly as described.
I purchased a part from 4whirlpool.ie and paid 7.98 euro for standard delivery. The website shows that standard delivery for Ireland is 5 to 7 days.
After 11 days I emailed them asking for an update and I was advised that orders shipped outside UK would take up to 21 days.
I guess only time will tell how long it actually takes...
Do not deal with this company. In my experience: They will send an incomplete order or the wrong part. They will not remedy it in a timely and fair manner. They will fail to respond to emails promptly. They will put the cost of return postage on the consumer. Cannot trust them with an order.
