A couple of years ago I ordered 2 levis jackets. Both were exactly what I ordered and arrived within a week. I have been trying to find them online so as to get a couple pair of jeans to no avail.
I ordered 4 pairs of 501s thinking that what 501usa saved by having such a basic website was the reason their prices were reasonable. It took 4 weeks before my order even shipped, and when they finally did ship it I only got 3 of the 4 pairs. After trying multiple times to get in touch with them to enquire about my fourth pair, I still dont have my money back or the fourth pair i ordered (they havent even responded to my messages). Do yourself a favour... dont order from here... the little bit extra you pay from Levis website or Dr Jays etc is worth the extra peace of mind.
I had a very bad exerience with this company.I paid for three items but recieved only two,which were of very poor quality.They never returned the money for the 3td item and refused to comunicate or negotiate though I sent them bank statements that showed that I had paid for three items.
501USA.com jeans is a total ripoff. I ordered jeans that were shown on the website in one color but received something completely different. I called them and they said that I would have to pay the postage to return them to fix their mistake. They also overcharged on the postage. The cost of priority mail fixed rate envelopes are $4.95, but they charged $10.90 on the invoice.
