I'm still waiting for my report regarding a former roommate to resolve leftover legal issues. So far - no report, no answer to email; however, they did bill my credit card quite quickly. I am beginning to think that this is yet another internet scam . . . I guess we need to assume the worst instead of integrity and honesty, pretty sad.
I thought this was going to be the best site to trace a harasser and get the closer I needed. BUT this site has actually caused nothing but problems and headaches. I have sent about five emails, the last two have yet to get a response. My first two had different questions, and yet I got the same generic response. My third said it still had no progress made and the response was they would look into it and get back to me in the next 24 hours (I'm still waiting). The last email response I have from them was on July 21st 2011. Since they did not provide the service I paid for, I have been asking for refund my card (the last two emails) and that is when their emails ceased. Do NOT go with this site. They have other sites that lead you back to their company. It's not worth it and a waste of you money.
