if you want to lose your money just go to them they taken from me $2091 for 2 air force condor and shipping it to egypt and they taken my money and they dident ship any thing and they dont give me my money back

On 9/11 I purchased an item with PayPal for in-stock item. In-stock item had to be re-ordered by AirgunStyle. After many calls and item still no in stock I cancelled my order on 11/7. Money has not been refunded after several calls to AirgunStyle. I doubt if I ever see my refund. Good luck with your purchases.

I have been buying from this company for 8 months. Whenever i had problems or question the sales department was very kind and helpful, they answered all my questions quickly. If there was some delay in shipping the problem got resolved quickly and i was compensated for the delay in form of a gift or something extra was added to the package from the company. I definitely recommend buying from these guys if you are looking for good customer service and if you want to receive more for less.

It's been two weeks since I placed a small order to airgunstyle.com through paypal, (thank god it was just a small order). Anyway it's been two weeks since the order was placed and I never received an e-mail of shipping problems or possible backorders. For all i know they just took my 75 dollars and didn't ship the item. I called the company three times during their regular business hours, nobody answered and my call was transferred to a voicemail. After leaving three detailed voicemails containing my name, order number and callback number I'm totally fed up with this company and i'd rather just take my business elswhere (and I even paid extra for the 3 day expedited shipping). But don't get me wrong, the website is great. The selection isn't bad at all. But when you don't communicate with your customers after three messages and two weeks i don't care anymore about your selection. Airgunstyle.com is a bad company that doesn't know the definition of customer satisfaction. Oh and if they finally do ship this item I had better get my 3 day expedited back.
