This is the worst shopping experience this year

Ordered 3 items on 2nd October, and I got it after reminding about my order 11 days later. One of the items was missing: instead of algae scraper, I got blades for algae scrapers. I had to send 3 e-mails and after 8 days I got response that they claim they have sent me what I ordered. After back and forth with guy who did not care to even read my original complaint, I was promised to get what I ordered on 22nd of October. Today it is 19th November and I have written them second time already to remind they have promised to send the algae scraper. I've lost my money and ton of time. Not resommended!
