I have been in contact with their costumer service twice.
While studying at university, I bought almost all of my text books via amazon. One big had some blank pages - contacted costume service and was told that they would send me a new book free of charge. No need for me to return the book that had blank pages! Excellent service

Second time i was in contact with their costumer service, I had bought an ink cartridge for my hp printer. when I hadn't received the shipment after 20 days, the sent me a new cartridge, no questions asked!!!
