GREAT COMMUNICATION AND PROPMT SERVICE

I bought the Cradlepoint MBR1000 Mobile Broadband Router from Anything4Wireless.com. I put in the remarks that "if the item is not immediately availalbe please contact me directly." The next day I was informed that the were in fact out of the router, but they told me when their next shipment was coming in and when I could expect delivery. It was within my timeframe so I continued with the transaction.

Then I got information from them that UPS had mishandled the item (I was tracking it online as well) and that there was a new delivery date (1 day later, still no problem for me. A week later they REFUNDED the difference in shipping!

Totally awesome. Oh, and the Router is GREAT too!
