This awful outfit use spam emails to try and elicit business. They treat everyone as potentially hostile as that is exactly what happens to anyone silly enough to become a customer.
Avoid at all costs.
After entering in to a contract to provide a variety of services, including SEO, PPC and PR work. We quickly learnt that all we were getting was poorly written PR piece not one of which gained any traction with local or national media in print or online.
PPC work was very poor, no consultation on what we were trying to achieve and reporting non-existent without chasing this up every month.
As for SEO work this amounted to submitting the PR pieces to various website such as squidoo and linking back to our website. In reality this does nothing to improve our SEO as links form these sources are most often nofollowed and only likely to cause duplicate content issues. Again reporting non-existent without chasing this up every month.
Do yourself a favor and stay well away, If I could have read something like this prior to paying up I can have saved our business eight thousand hard earned pounds. Ouch!
