I like the way they respond to email enquiries promptly and helpfully. I have placed two orders from New Zealand and they have made it so easy. The cost is competitive and they keep you up to date with email about when your order has been placed, picked and sent.
This was the only website in the UK where I could find the product I was looking for (Demeyere frying pan).
The pan arrived in perfect condition and within the timeframe I got from Armorica.
Knocking off one star as the picture on the website is very small and slightly inaccurate. The same pic is used for all sizes of the frying pan, so you can't see exactly what you are buying (for example the large pan I bought has a helper handle which is not visible in the picture).
ordered a poaching pan from Armorica, knew it would be difficult to get as I have tried many times before from other stores,but after a short wait and excellent comunication from Armorica finally got the pan I wanted. I would recomend them to everyone.
First saw the caddies in a kitchen shop and liked them. Found them at Armorica 12% cheaper and free P&P. Service was great and 2 caddies came very well packaged in less than 5 days. Other caddy was out of stock and arrived after 7 days. Very pleased with product, service and price and will use Armorica again.
After some extensive searching and comparing prices around the Internet, we found what we were looking for at a very good price close to home. Armorica's website was easy to use and ordering was slick. The company emailed us straight back and completed the order within 48 hours with no post and packing charges. Impressed!

My pasta machine was a good price. The order was swiftly processed, and I was informed that I could track my order via a reference number on the Yodel website - except that I could not. The Yodel website did not accept the reference number as valid. I emailed Armorica, and they swiftly advised how to get in via a 'back door' on the Yodel web site to track delivery, which worked. Well done for supplying good kit at a good price, andfor supplying good customer service swiftly, but please stop using Yodel to deliver your goods - I have had so many bad experiences with them!
I brought a Mauviel copper crepe pan from Armorica online because it was the cheapest price I could find in the design I wanted and I received it within a week of ordering and I was really pleased with this pan the quality was high and it cooked so well I am really delighted with my crepe pan

I've bought a number of Kai Shun and Kai Shun Pro knives from Armorica and have been very pleased with them. Excellent knives at a good price and delivered quickly to me out in Spain.
My most recent order also contained an I.O.Shen Oriental Slicer, which unfortunately had been VERY badly sharpened at some stage. Rather than post back to the UK, I suggested a discount to cover the poor quality on this knife. We reached a good solution.
Having sharpened the I.O.Shen properly and at the correct angle (with 'Edge Pro' Rod Guided Waterstone gear) it is now a joy to use. It is the thinnest knife I own and feels more 'nimble' than the Kai Shun Chinese Knife I also own. It is now equally sharp as my other Japanese knives.
I would have put a lower mark but I don't want to dramatically skew their rating based on my one bad experience when other people seem happy with the service.
I only ordered from Armorica because their website showed that they had the cleaver in stock, they were a little more expensive than other places I'd seen but I'd left it very late to order a present, so I accepted that.
I placed my order on Sunday night and got a polite email on the following Thursday to say the cleaver was out of stock with their supplier and they wouldn't be getting anymore.
My issue is that the stock status on their website is misleading because they clearly didn't have the item in stock when I ordered. Perhaps it's not realistic for a small business to stay competitive by holding large stocks but I still found the overall experience frustrating.
We ordered a product from Armorica not long before Christmas. We very quickly received an email back saying that they were sorry, but Amorica was out of stock and offered an alternative. Amorica gave an estimated date by which our order would be delivered if we stuck with our original order. We did stick with it, we received an additional email updating us on the order, and then received our original request a week ahead of schedule. We were very pleased with the way we were kept informed and with the service given. Thank you very much.
Ordered product very close to Christmas but speedy delivery and good communication from seller meant that I was kept up to date with order and of course it arrived in good time. Delivery company flexible which is important for customer as they can often be weak link in chain
Ordered the goods, delivered quickly as promised and then, when we discovered we'd inadvertently ordered wrong type they accepted them back at no additional charge and dispatched the correct ones to our new address. Very impressed - and the prices were extremely competitive.
I hunted high and low for this beautiful ovenware before finding it here. It arrived quickly and the transaction was simple. The dish itself is utterly perfect. I also like the fact that this is a small company rather than a big faceless corporation. Thanks!
I cancelled my order - but only because Armorica could not supply the item. Although it came up as in stock online, the item (pasta rollers KitchenAid) was not going to be available for some time. I liaised with Penny(?) who was extremely polite, very apologetic and completely upfront with me.
I appreciated their honesty and the way they handled my order and subsequent emails.
