Beyond excellent company with amazing customer service
I live in the US and was looking for a pair of Dents driving gloves as a gift. Arthur & Ascot had the most reasonable price (including international shipping, which was ridiculously high at many other stores) that I could find among other stores. I decided to give them a try, and I was not disappointed.
I had ordered a pair of gloves in a size too large, and they helped me make an exchange with great politeness and quick responses. When I originally ordered the first pair, I had questions about international shipping and they were extremely helpful and quick to get back to me.
This might be the best customer service I have received from any place, ever, and the smaller size gloves we ordered fit perfectly. The recipient and I are beyond pleased with the quality.
If you're looking for a great pair of leather gloves from a great company with superior customer service, I don't think you'll find many places better to get them from than Arthur & Ascot.
