I have now ordered quite many things on Asos and I'm not dissapointed. Like with every other webshop, theres a chance of the item not looking the same way in the picture, as in real life, but thats not their fault. Their products have a good price, and their customer service is great. I bought a pair of shoes there, that were faulty. I emailed a quick short mail saying this, and within two hours the customer service had ordered a new pair of shoes for me (which arrived very fast), gave me a discount on my next buy and offered to pay the postage fee if I sent the old shoes back. Thats an amazing customer service.
