Got a phone from this company which wnt faulty and had replaced, replacement went faulty to which I returned and requested refund, still waiting refund months later. Audio mania do not answer phones or respond to emails. UTTERLY!! disgusting, £125 out of pocket thanx to this seriously bad service.

Awful customer service. Only accessible by email and they don't respond. Eventually agreed refund as goods not sent when ordered but still haven't paid after 6 weeks.
