I've been using AxelMusic now for about 3 years and have nothing but good experiences with them. From ordering PS3 games unavailable in my region and preordering certain items. Every item has arrived in perfect condition, some games even double wrapped and within a very good time frame. I've found browsing the store very easy and moving to the checkout easy.

I have been a steady Axelmusic.com customer for about 6 years now, and they have never disappointed me. They have a huge selection of titles. Obscure as well as the commercial ones. People tend to complain a little bit about the prices. But I think they are pretty fair compared to other similar online shops. Yes, it would be nice with free shipping, but they need to stay in business dont they?

The few times I had to deal with customer services because of lost packages (due to my thief of a mail man) they have been fast to ship a new one, without a single complaint.

The homepage is easy to work with, and the info surrounding releases are good.

Their shipping time used to be about 2-3 weeks, but this have been heavily reduced, and I usually have my self bought present in my hands in about 4 weekdays after it has been shipped. A huge improvement I would say.

Axelmusic.com will continue to have my support as they are a 5/5 store.

The prices are really good.
I think the site is perfect to buy import from US in europe.
The shipping cost are OK, and the delivery time rather short.

a few years ago i was looking for some blu-ray's that were not available in germany. i found axelmusic and axelmusic found a new, always very satisfied customer. great service all around, very fast and friendly responses to all questions (rasmus!). highly recommended!

Axelmusic has very good service, delivers directly from Europe, so there aren't any customs for EU customers, and offers PayPal in addition to the regular CC services.
My only complaints are that shipping prices still are relatively high and that a few parcels still get lost in the mail without any possibility to track them. Shipping times are reasonably short at times, but once in a while you wonder why it takes 2 weeks for something to arrive. Additionally there is an occasional bumb or dent in DVD cases that could be resoved by better packaging.
All in all it's a very good and solid company with a propmt, competent and friendly service.

Axelmusic is a reliable company. I buy most of my BRD from them. They have a great website. They answer quickly when they are being asked for further information. I like Rasmus a lot.

I'm ordering from axelmusic since 2 Years. I did it about 50 times and every of my orders reached my mailbox. I'm from Germany and Axelmusic is shipping the Items from the US and Canada and i had never problems with paying customs duty. I like axel and I will keep ordering there!

I have been buying DVDs from Axelmusic for the past four years. Good service and a great selection of region 1 DVDs.

My only complaint is that some DVDs are back-ordered with the supplier for several weeks before they are shipped.

I have been a customer for five years, and Axelmusic is my first choice when it comes to DVD:s and BluRays from the USA. The customer service is fantastic, quick replys and never any problems.

Totally the best and cheapest place on the net to buy games from! Always buys my games from there. Very cheap shipping as well even though they ship it from the us. Sure may take some extra time, but it's not their fault. Have recommended this site for several of my friends as well, i'm just that happy with it!

Blu-ray movies for really good prices. Compared with allot of other shops there is no toll on axelmusic.com when importing movies or games from the US. This means that u r able to import some of the US Region Free movies before they even r distributed in Europe.
