Ordered my item in the beginning of september, its now going to be december and they have sent me the same email over and over again when i check order status - "item will be restocked at the end of the month" - this after they charged my credit card IMMEDIATELY after the purchase. waiting 3 months for a PACIFIER is unacceptable. lets hope they dont give me a hassle about the refund!

My awful personal experience
I found this company to be simply a “Drop- Ship” operation, with the worst possible customer service, once I placed my order for merchandize described as “in stock”, they charged my credit card within minutes and then sent me email explaining that we’ll have to wait 3-4 weeks for manufacturer to send me merchandize. Obviously I said NO. It took me 2 weeks to receive a refund afterword. Beware of this merchant tactics. Paul Mazin
