We bought barnevogn from baby home.dk and we have reclamation on it. I cannot reach them, I called 14 times by now, texted them, send email and today I went to shop. Shop was open, no one inside and even when I texted and called no one showed despite I could hear that someone was in the building. They just texted me back that they will call me when the manufacturer return to them but I find it extremely unprofessional to reject phone calls and avoid customers.

I hope they eventually come back as we are expecting baby these days and I don’t know what to do with faulty barnevogn :( :(

Some of the items I ordered were out of stock and it took few days before they called me. I ordered the gaia and ko hægesmæk and sebra toys. Sebra roys were out of stock. The gaia and ko hægesmæk were just the impulse buy, i would like to have the zebra toys as it is supposed to be a present to a friend. But when I checked again the website they still have rhe sebra toys but they changed the price already. The shipping is not worthy for just 2 hæsmæk :(

Very good baby shop. Things are cheaper n delivery is always on time.
