This is the worst experience I have ever had. Ordered 4 items for 1,5 month ago, last week came 2 of them (one wrong) and other 2 is still pending. I mailed 2 times, but no answer. Be careful when chosing this company!
Ordered skis just before christmas, but somehow my order was not handeled immediatly.
After a week I sent a mail asking about the status, and immediatly received an appology, and the skis were dispatched the same day.
Quick correction, great skis at god price and Cash On Delivery.
Without the misstake in beginning it should have been 5 stars.
I orderd GPS sensor POLAR G1 for my FT80 sporttester. And all went without any problem. I'm satisfied.
I ordered ski gear which appeared in their web and time after time they kept telling me that they were out of stock. I was offered the possibility to change for similar equipment but it was always unavailable. Finally I was forced to cancell the order but after requesting my bank data never retransfer the money. I think I was ripped off and the online shop its really a scam that uses ficticious material to charge amounts of money through visa that are never returned.
